“Sharwhale”

I carved “Sharwhale” from a piece of black walnut that I found in the Chattahoochee River in my home state of Georgia. While on one side, it looks like a shark; the other side looks like a whale. I also added a few fins to the interpretive sculpture. It won first place in open/professional wood sculpture category at The Georgia National Fairgrounds Fine Arts Show in Perry, Georgia.
